Honours for life-changing programme 'Appetite for Life"
appetite-for-life

The Appetite For Life Course has been presented to more than 189 groups in Canterbury in the last three years -helping more than 2000 people to make real changes to their food choices and activity levels and improve their health and well-being. The success of this course has been recognised with the prestigious2010 Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) Quality Improvement &Innovation Award for community-based health services. It's a big achievement for the Partnership Health team, and attests to the positive health outcomes that can come from collaboration and partnering with community organisations, general practice, and the CDHB.
