Health & Community

pcws

Community organisations play a huge role in supporting people to stay well and access care, making a difference to the wider issues that impact health and well-being, like housing and food.

A ‘community' can be geographic, cultural, ethnic, of interest, or church or spiritually based. Community organisations have strong, established networks. Working in partnership with them is a great way to reach people and address their needs.
